This statement is issued by the Syldavian Administrative Systems Authority under Mandate 712-Γ/23 and applies to the register of public web services published at this address.
The register is fully conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, level AA.
Assessment
Conformance was established by automated testing against the level AA success criteria, together with manual verification of keyboard operation, focus order, heading structure and contrast in both the light and the dark presentation.
Measures in place
A skip link precedes the register. Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard and carries a visible focus indicator. Text contrast meets the level AA ratio in both presentations. Abbreviations carry their expansion. The page reflows without loss of content or function at 200 per cent.
Known limitations
The institutional mark beside each entry is decorative and is hidden from assistive technology; the institution’s name carries the meaning in its place. Entries lead to the sites of other institutions, each of which is assessed separately and publishes its own statement.
